Accuform RPM315 Vinyl Pipe Marker Yellow 3×3 in Pack of 20

Description

Product Overview

The Accuform RPM315 vinyl pipe marker is engineered to deliver unmistakable visual cues for natural gas pipelines operating at low pressure. Constructed from a 4‑mil adhesive vinyl base laminated with a 2‑mil UV‑resistant polyester film, each marker offers a durable, weather‑proof surface that resains its vivid black‑on‑yellow contrast even in harsh industrial environments. Measuring 3 × 3 inches, the marker provides ample space for the “Natural Gas 2 PSI” legend, which is repeated five times—three upright and two upside‑down—to guarantee visibility from any angle. The adhesive backing is formulated to bond securely to metal, PVC, and composite pipes up to ¾ inch in diameter, eliminating the need for additional fasteners or tools.

Usage

Designed for occupational health and safety professionals, facility managers, and maintenance crews, this marker excels in a variety of settings. Whether you are labeling gas distribution lines in a manufacturing plant, marking emergency shut‑off valves in a chemical processing facility, or identifying low‑pressure natural gas circuits in a commercial building, the RPM315 delivers reliable performance. The marker’s temperature tolerance of –20 °F to 176 °F ensures it remains legible in refrigerated warehouses, outdoor refineries, and heated workshops alike. Its chemical‑resistant adhesive resists oil, grease, and cleaning solvents, making it suitable for environments where routine decontamination is required.

Absolutely. The adhesive is compatible with common plastics such as PVC and CPVC, providing a strong bond that resists peeling even in humid or oily environments.

How many markers are included in each package?

Each package contains 20 individual 3 × 3 inch markers, sufficient for labeling multiple sections of a gas distribution system or for keeping spare markers on hand for future maintenance.

What is the recommended surface preparation before applying the marker?
